I'm Dana, a certified PSYCH-K® (Basic, Advanced, and Health & Wellbeing) facilitator, passionate about helping people transform their lives.

My Background

I've spent the last 18 years working in the education industry, armed with a Bachelor of Social Work and a Postgraduate in Education. My journey started with supporting special needs and mainstream students and evolved into consulting with schools, staff, and parents, tackling some of the most challenging behaviour issues in our schooling system. Along the way, I've gained extensive experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, learning difficulties, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), emotional regulation, and more.

Throughout my career, I saw firsthand the profound impact that our beliefs have on our lives. It was this realisation that led me to discover PSYCH-K®. I was amazed by how effectively it helps to shift limiting beliefs and promote positive change. I knew I wanted to bring this incredible tool to others, enabling them to unlock their potential and live their best lives.

Starting Unlimited MindShift

Driven by my passion for personal growth and holistic wellbeing, I founded Unlimited MindShift to help people see themselves in a new light, expand their horizons, and break free from limiting beliefs. Through PSYCH-K® I aim to create a safe and supportive space for transformative healing and growth.

Life Beyond Work

I call Perth, WA home, where I cherish life with my amazing partner and the three wonderful children making up our blended family. Family is everything to me, and I treasure our big extended family gatherings—it’s always a blast! I enjoy making music, adore helping others, and strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment wherever I go. These personal experiences fuel my passion for empowering others discover a fulfilling life.
